Add a POP3 account in Outlook 2003/2007

Open your E-mail Accounts from your Tools menu in Outlook
Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next
Select POP3, click Next
Enter your name (the name you wish people to see when they receive an email from you)
Enter your email address as provided by us
Incoming mail server (POP3): mx1.sitehost.co.nz
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mx1.sitehost.co.nz
User Name: fill in your email address as provided by us
Password: fill in your password as provided by us
Click More Settings
Open the Outgoing Server tab
Add a tick to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Open the Advanced Settings

Add two ticks in This server requires a secure connection (SSL) below both the Outgoing mail (SMTP) and Incoming mail (POP3)
Make sure the Incoming server (POP3) says 995
Change the Outgoing server (SMTP) to 465
