Add a POP3 account in other programs (general)

In order to configure your email program to send and receive through our secure setup, you will need to configure your email client with the following settings:

• Username: Full email address as provided by us including the @yourdomain.co.nz
• Password: as provided by us
• POP3 (incoming) server: mx1.sitehost.co.nz
• SMTP (outgoing) server: mx1.sitehost.co.nz
• Incoming POP3 port number: 995 with SSL encryption turned on
• Outgoing SMTP port number: 465 with SSL encryption turned on
• Outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires authentication (same details as incoming)

Please ensure that your email program does not leave a copy of the emails on the server for an extended time. Mailbox space is limited and cannot be used for long-term storage.
